The Fish'n Chicken is one of my favorite restaurants. Its nothing fancy and serves reliably good food at fair prices. I often get the chicken parmesan ($8.95) or the grilled chicken sandwich ($5). Here's a picture of the front of the building:
The Fish'n Chicken is actually only one of the restaurants in this building, the Common Markets. They also feature the Garden Grille and the Pizza and Pasta Cafe. They have very friendly and nice staff, as well as are constantly updating their menu with specials. The decor is definitely what you pay for though, cafeteria style eating where you bus your own tray.
