I went to Baja Fresh a couple days ago, which is located in the Derby Street Plaza. They have excellent food and fast service. Baja is kind of like an upscale Taco Bell. The difference is that the food is a lot healthier and fresher and it is prepared as you order it. My favorite is the burrito ultimo which is a steak burrito packed with salsa, sour cream, peppers and onions. If you like Mexican then you have to check out Baja Fresh.
