I can believe it's not butter

Not only is it not butter, it's gross. I went to Dunkin Donuts this morning with the delicious dream of an everything bagel toasted with butter. I was picturing it in my mind, opening the little gold packages and gently scraping the salty butter on to the warm crispy bagel, watching it melt instantly into a golden translucence of fat. I was really looking forward to this. What I got was a shameful imitation in mini plastic tubs. The "Blue Ribbon Spread" which is 50% vegetable oil spreads like soft cream cheese and does not melt or merge with the bagel. It doesn't taste like butter, it doesn't look like butter, it doesn't even smell like butter, and being 50% vegetable oil i refuse to believe it is healthier than butter.
