I really enjoy shopping at Trader Joes they have excellent merchandise for good prices. A few of my favorite things to get there are the Grape Juice it's 100% concord grapes, no sugar added and is unfiltered. I have a theory that the flavonoids in it are higher because it is unfiltered. Also the Green Tea Mochi Ice cream is delicious. it has a soft sticky outer casing and is filled with green tea ice cream. It's truly delicious, they come in different flavors too so if green tea doesn't do it for you try the mango or chocolate.A friend recently recommended the salsa there too, I'll have to pick some up on my next visit.
