I'm here at Bertucci's picking up more dough - three large pizzas worth this time! I found out that it is pretty easy to freeze and defrost these guys, so might as well, right?This time the unrolled dough came with lots of flour, so that should keep it from sticking to the bag while in the freezer.

Bertucci's has the best pizza around in my opinion. You just can't be that brick oven taste.
