I made super delicious pasta last night. We didn't have any pasta sauce though so I had to improvise. I couldn't believe how delicious it came out, and was so easy to make. Here's the recipe:Cover the bottom of a sauce pan in olive oil so there's a little depth to it.2-3 cloves freshly pressed garlicDash of BasilDash of TymeAdd diced tomatoesTablespoon of tomato pasteand now here's the secret...Slice up an Italian sausage and mix it in.simmer the whole thing until you're ready to serve it.We used a garlic basil linguine with breaded eggplant. It was scrumptious. You can improvise and add other vegetables, my boyfriend has a severe prejudice against onions and peppers so I keep it simple.Good Luck and Bon Appetite!
