Tonight my family gathered at Legal Seafoods in the South Shore Plaza (which is getting a Nordstrom soon - woo hoo!) for dinner together. They do a great job there. Our waitress, Molly, was friendly and attentive, even providing the Red Sox score to my brother in-law intermittently. There were seven of us plus a toddler, and for a place like Legal Seafoods, a party that size is no problem. Like usual, the mall and the restaurant was packed, even for early birds like my parents who made the reservation for 5:30! For dinner, I had the wood grilled swordfish steak which was terrific. I also had an endive salad with apples and blue cheese which I wasn't crazy about, and then we all shared some Rhode Island style fried calamari. For dessert, we ordered and shared key lime pie, ice cream, and chocolate cake, but I was so stuffed by that time I only had a tiny bite of key lime pie, and stuck with my coffee.
