More Burritos

Burritos are one of my all time favorite meals. They are easy to make, inexpensive, and fun to eat. How can you beat that? I usually make mine with black beans, any kind of rice (though white rice usually cooks faster), some cheddar cheese, some Goya Adobo seasoning (or garlic and onion salt), and some salsa or hot sauce to taste. My favorite salsa is "Salsa Authentico" from Trader Joe's - so good! A little hot for some though. Melting the cheese....snb10989.JPGAdd the rice...

By the way... those little black things in the second picture aren't black beans. They are actually radish seeds, which came in a rice mix I bought from Trader Joes too. They are OK, I could take 'em or leave 'em.
