Its true - I'm nuts about nuts. I'm eating some pistachios right now so I figured I'd write up a post on some of my other favorite nuts.
Cashews
Probably my favorite, these are actually a fruit, not a nut. I think.
Pistachios
They make pistachio ice cream - how good is that?
Peanuts
So good by themselves, at the ball game, or in butter form on a sandwich. I am so glad I'm not allergic to peanuts! :-)
Almonds
I really like to cook with almonds, but you pretty much have to get the slivered ones. And don't forget marzipan!
Walnuts
I pretty much only like walnuts in cereal, like oatmeal. Though they go really well with whipped cream on ice cream too.
Pecans
Pecan pie - mmm good.
