The past two years my wife's family and I have dined at the Carversville Inn in Carversville, Pennsylvania. Both times the dinner and service was great. The first year I had the venison for dinner, and unfortunately I can't really remember how it tasted. This year I had the escargot as an appetizer (delicious!), a garden salad, and for dinner the herb encrusted veal with potatoes au gratin and mixed vegetables. The veal was delicious, but I would have liked a little more vegetables. For dessert, we all shared the molten chocolate cake which was tasty too. Luckily we've had the same waitress the past two years who was very friendly and attentive. For more information, see Carversville.com
