I was in NH over the weekend visiting one of my friends at school, and on the way up I stopped at a little sandwich shop in town. I asked the guy at the counter what was good, and he told me that The Pilgrim was a fan favorite. Its basically a thanksgiving dinner thrown on a sub roll. Delicious. I made a homemade version yesterday. Give it a shot, you won't be disappointed. First you wanna take some deli turkey and melt some American cheese on top. Then take some stuffing of your choice and put that on top of the turkey. Finally you want to take all that and throw it on a toasted sub roll and top it off with some cranberry sauce. Quite simple, but very tasty.
