Dunkin Donuts Muffins

I thought I was doing myself a favor by avoiding the donuts and substituting a muffin instead. Wow, was I wrong. Their muffins are packed with calories. The reduced fat blueberry muffin has a whopping 400 calories not including the butter you're probably going to put on it. Go for the raisin bagel, probably one of the more healthy items at Dunkins that still tastes good.
