Maine Lobster

By and far my favorite seafood dish is anything with lobster in it. Whether it be a lobster roll, lobster bisque, or lazy mans lobster its all gravy in my book. The best part of summer is indulging in the many lobster dishes the season brings. I can't get enough of the stuff.I remember as a kid taking trips to my uncle's house in Maine. Being so close to the water and owning a marine construction business, he was in tight with quite a few lobster fishermen and would always get sweet deals on the stuff. My fondest memories of Maine are of the family and I sitting out on his patio wolfing down lobsters. I haven't been up to Maine in quite some time, but I definitely haven't forgotten all the good times I had. You can eat lobster anywhere, but there's nothing like eating it in the same place it was captured.
