I loooove nuts they're so tasty and delightful, while high in fat, and calories, they are full of the good kind. Nuts are high in HDL cholesterol which is the cholesterol that destroys the bad cholesterol (LDL) that builds up in arteries.When I need a tasty snack they are always a go to item. I don't feel as guilty as I would if I ate say a bag of potato chips, or dorritos. My favorites are the Emerald Nuts smoked almonds. The seasoning they put on them is delicious.
