I had a question about my Zojirushi rice cooker: "how long can I keep the rice in it after its cooked"?I still haven't found a definitive answer, but this thread at metafilter is full of interesting perspectives on rice cookers and how long a rice cooker can keep rice OK. From what I've read, some only up to 12 hours, other people are comfortable keeping their rice in the cooker for a few days.
24 hours is my limit. It gets dried out any longer than that.
