Frozen Pizza from Target

While shopping at a local Target for an exercise bike, I realized I was in a “super Target”, meaning that they had food, including refrigerated and frozen foods, for sale.

I had to give their frozen pizza a try, and for the price it wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t great either. I bought too kinds - one “basic” and one “gourmet”. The basic was, if I recall correctly, branded as Target, and the gourmet pizzas are branded “Archer Farms” - “Tasty Food, Tasty Price”. The basic one was an everything pizza, no box, just wrapped in plastic. It advertised olives, but there were only a few on there which was a little disappointing - I love olives on pizza.

The gourmet pizza was a buffalo mozzarella pizza with sliced tomatoes and spinach on it. It was better, but still not amazing. I might have enjoyed it a little more if I had a bigger appetite. I had munched down some Trader Joe’s microwave popcorn shortly before eating the pizza pie.

Actually tonight I’m having the buffalo mozzarella pizza - its got sun-dried tomatoes on it. It was very good - the mozzarella was my favorite part. I probably would have liked the tomatoes if they were chopped up.
