Grilling Notes

Over the holidays this year, I had the chance to grill with my brother-in-law who is an extraordinary chef. I’m not sure, but I bet grilling is his favorite way to cook!

I told him about my new grilling blog, so he shared with me some of his strategies:

  • Marinate in zipper plastic bags - no mess and rolls up small in the frigde
  • Heat the grill up high before cooking, to clean it, and then he finds the heat easier to control when cooking
He probably told me some other nuggets of grilling wisdom, and if I remember them, I’ll post them here.
