Over the holidays this year, I had the chance to grill with my brother-in-law who is an extraordinary chef. I’m not sure, but I bet grilling is his favorite way to cook!
I told him about my new grilling blog, so he shared with me some of his strategies:
- Marinate in zipper plastic bags - no mess and rolls up small in the frigde
- Heat the grill up high before cooking, to clean it, and then he finds the heat easier to control when cooking
