I sure do like this rice malt stuff:
Its not as sweet as regular sugar or honey, but it is supposedly digested more slowly by our digestive system.
The major downside to rice malt is that its expensive, almost five dollars for the small bottle pictured here if I recall correctly, and not commonly available. This bottle was purchased at a local health food store, and as far as I know, Lundberg is the only company which makes rice malt. Lundberg is a great company, I like most of their rice products, but the price is just too high for me to afford this treat all the time.
