Trader Joe's has a new flat bread pizza which is amazing! I bought it on a whim a couple weeks ago, and then this week when I was there for some more groceries, I had to buy a couple more. They are pricey - I think a little over four dollars for a small meal, but wow is it good!The bread tastes sourdough, and there is not traditional pizza sauce. I think the sauce might be the mushroom part of it, and then on top, what else? Cheese. Not too much, and when its in the over it cooks to a tasty golden brown.If you like specialty pizzas and don't mind paying a little extra for a tasty item, give it a try!
The more food I try from Trader Joe's the more I like the store. Some stuff can be pricey, buts its usually worth it, a cut above the food you find at most supermarkets.
