I love a good pot luck meal. If everything goes well and everyone participates, the result is a fantastically diverse meal, which everyone helped to prepare. It's a great way to discover new recipes, and show off some of your favorites for friends. At a recent pot luck I attended some one brought in mint chocolate brownies. They were delicious with a layer of mint icing inside, that was not to be believed.Absolutely mesmorized by the tasty treat I asked for the recipe. I was stunned to find out they were just brownies made with a layer of peppermint patties. A simple twist to an old favorite. I'm looking forward to testing the recipe out in my own kitchen.
