The Mill Wharf Restaurant in Scituate, Massachusetts is right on the harbor and features terrific views of the water. My parents just took me to dinner there and while the food was good, the service was surprisingly unpleasant. Its strange the way service can affect the overall quality of the meal. The server seemed to be very unhappy and somehow made us uncomfortable.The food tasted good, but it had obviously sat under the heat lamps for some time before it arrived at our table.
