This just in: if you love NY-brand smoked salmon throw it out. The company has issued a recall on its vacuum-packed 3 oz., 8 oz., 16 oz. and whole sizes of the fish due to a listeria contamination. The recall covers wholesale distributors and retail food stores in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, Ohio, Indiana and Illinois.
