Most people aren’t big fans of anchovies or anchovy pizza, but I’ve always liked anchovy pizza and anchovies on my Caesar salads.
Nowadays with omega-3 fatty acids all the rage, I read about oily fish anchovies quite often. I made my first anchovy pizza last night and it was awesome, but had some room for improvement.
Next time, I’ll cut the anchovies into smaller pieces, as well as only put them on half the pizza. I can’t eat an entire pizza and they don’t taste as good the day after! For whatever reason, I really like veggie pizzas the best for leftovers.
