I like sardines, and I bought some today. They were a variety I’ve never tried before: sardines packed in mustard.
They were good, but I think I like the ones packed in water better. I bought some of those too and I’ll try them later this week and will compare.
Despite the fact that I like that they come in a can and I like the taste and texture, I also like that sardines are high in omega-3 fatty acids. I don’t understand the chemistry or biology, but I have read that those are good for me. :-)
