Tonight I'm having "Pacific Flounder with Crabmeat Stuffing" - purchased from Trader Joe's for only $2.99.
Its defrosting now... and will be accompanied with some baby spinach and rice.
UPDATE: This was incredibly tasty. I'm definitely going to get it again.
