Seaweed is some tasty stuff. I used this is some bean, rice, and cheese burritos I made tonight.
One thing I really like about the idea of eating seaweed is the sustainability of its growth. I have to imagine that growing seaweed is a lot less taxing on the earth than say, corn.
In retrospect, the flavor of the seaweed was too strong for my burritos. They were still tasty, but the smell and taste of seaweed just hung around too long!
