I'm munching on some tasty "Redmond Cheddar" from 5 Spoke Creamery.
Its expensive cheese, but good cheese is usually pricey. Thankfully MOM's had it on sale (though it was still a bit pricey!).
This is what I like about this cheese:
- Grass fed cows!
- Its made from fresh, raw milk
